Description

Provided Lead Design (UX, UI, Visual, Content), development and support for 15+ websites. These sites were set up to be a virtual front office for teams and provide insight as to how they work together. Included were such projects as DE&I sites, Wellness Sites, internal social media and contact pipeline portals. Audiences for this project were 65,000 daily users., internationally.
Initially when I started this project I designed templates and a brand pallet consisting of a visual and experiential libraries defined by:
• Color
• Typography
• Icon / Visual asset library
• Application library

Upon the completion of the library I met with various stakeholders (usually around 3-5 per site) to understand the needs & wants. I conducted a large amount of research on the users, from surveys, observation, interviews and persona development. I then created various prototypes, wireframes and additional early design documents.
Upon testing and feedback I designed the final portals and implemented them
I would train the managers of the site how to use the site going forward to keep content and applications fresh.
