Scenario

Wells Fargo was working with American Family Insurance to become a trusted vendor. Part of the omnichannel experience was to design a digital application for Home, Renters and Auto Insurance; along with the applications there were various digital touchpoints via email, text and contact center. Unfortunately, I created and sunset this project because Wells Fargo exited the insurance business.
